Our team began in 1996 by purchasing and renovating New York City multi-familiy properties under Renwick Real Estate, LLC and has expanded into boutique, residential communites with our latest offering Willow Creek Estates, LLC in Southbury, Connecticut. In each case, we have sought to purchase unique properties at good prices with recognizable upside potential, and then implement well designed, quality builds and unique architecture and features, that add further upside.
We have cultivated an experienced team of builders, architects and engineers to assist in all phases of property development from raw land acquisition through customized home building. In addition, recenlty, we have been actively advising on the purchase of distressed notes and properties, working with both and banks and the borrowers in order to create a favorable outcome for all.
